WOWU Supplies offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

WOWU Supplies operates as strictly as a ‘sell to the trade only’ wholesaler, we do not sell to the General Public. By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are not a Consumer as defined in Sales of Goods legislation and you are a qualified in the Hairdressing, Beauty, or Nail Treatment trades.
We will not be held responsible for any injury or damages incurred by users of the products we sell. If you are a business user, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using.
We reserve the right to ask you for proof of your professional status.
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
The website’s content and material is the property of WOWU Supplies or its Suppliers It is either owned by us or licenced to us. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

All offers are subject to stock availability and may change without notice. Any unwanted product purchased as part of an offer must be returned for the price paid.
SECTION 5 – VAT
All prices shown on the website are subject to VAT.
On the top banner of the website you have the option to show prices with VAT, or without VAT.
SECTION 6 – PAYMENT
Payment is due in full prior to dispatch of Goods.
Once your payment has been processed we will email an order receipt to the email address registered to your WOWU Supplies account.
SECTION 7 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy (See Section 9).
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of stock is represented on the site however we do not guarantee the availability of any products ordered on the site. If we have insufficient stock to fulfil your order, we will notify you by email at the address you provided when creating your account.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 8 – DELIVERY
We can deliver Goods to addresses in the UK; England, Wales, Scotland, the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.
We shall use every reasonable effort to ensure we meet the estimated delivery date of your order, however delivery times are quoted in good faith but are not binding and time of delivery shall not be of the essence, we cannot accept liability for any losses, expenses, or other costs incurred out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Orders made before 3pm Monday to Thursday we aim to dispatch on the same day to meet your selected delivery option.
Orders placed before 3pm on Friday we aim to dispatch on the same day to meet your selected delivery option.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will dispatched on the following Monday.
Orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched may be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders over £50 (excluding VAT) qualify for free Standard Delivery. Applicable to UK Mainland orders only.
The Highlands & Islands of Scotland, and Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly
Orders over £150 (excluding VAT) qualify for free Standard Delivery. Applicable to The Highlands & Islands of Scotland, and Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly only.
All Free Delivery offers exclude large or heavy items.

Special delivery charges will be quoted on request. This excludes any large or heavy items. Orders placed online over £50, excluding VAT, to most parts of mainland UK qualify for free delivery. Free delivery over £50 does not apply to orders where a promotional discount has been applied.
Extra handling charge may be incurred for re-despatched parcels.
Order cancellations after the order has been dispatched cannot be accepted.
WOWU Supplies shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if we are delayed, hindered, or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God, or failure to deliver by suppliers or couriers.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order if there are any issues with the products you’ve received, or not received.
SECTION 9 – Returns
If your received order is not as you expected please email us at info@wowusupplies.com or call us on 0333 7722 392 to inform us of your intention to return the goods and the reason for the return.
Goods should be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Returns must be accompanied with a copy of your order receipt/invoice.
If goods are returned in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to return these to you.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
The original delivery charge cannot be refunded.
For faulty goods:
We endeavour to ensure all goods you receive are correct and undamaged. In the unlikely event where incorrect or damaged/faulty goods are received you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery/expected delivery to info@wowusupplies.com or call us on 0333 7722 392.
Please return the goods to us, let us know, and send to the returns address below using recorded delivery and we will reimburse you for the cost of the return postage.
For faulty or incorrect orders that need to be returned, we will refund the original cost of delivery at our discretion.
All items are guaranteed according to the individual manufacturer´s warranty. Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection, once the goods are received back we will determine whether the item(s) can be repaired, if this is not the case then a replacement will be issued. If we are unable to either repair or replace the item then a full or partial refund may be issued. This process can take between 10-14 days.
For faulty electrical items, please refer to the returns policy enclosed within the product packaging.
For all returns, due to hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns (subject to our discretion) of products such as scissors, razors, clippers and trimmers, cosmetics, hair brushes, hair extensions, straighteners and tongs, body jewellery, aerosols, piercing tools, manicure and pedicure tools (This list is not exhaustive and does not affect your statutory rights).

SECTION 10 – TITLE OF GOODS
We will retain title of the Goods order until we receive full payment for your order, including any applicable delivery charges. Goods that have been delivered to you where we retain the title shall be kept identifiable as ours, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
SECTION 11 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household/premises or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
